The Daniels Scholarship is a four- year renewable, need- based scholarship that applies toward the expenses of attaining a bachelor’s degree at any nonprofit, accredited college or university in the United States. Funding is designed to cover a students’ unmet financial need such as tuition and fees, room and board, books and supplies and other defined expenses. It is a supplemental scholarship, paying toward the expenses that remain after all other scholarships and financial aids have been applied. The Daniels Scholarship Program distinguishes itself from other scholarship programs that focus purely on academic achievement or financial need, by selecting young leaders of exceptional character, integrity, strong work ethic, and service to give back to their communities. Roughly 250 young people from Colorado, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming are awarded scholarships each year. High schools seniors who are either US Citizens or Permanent Residents from these 4 states graduating in the 2018-19 academic year are encouraged to visit the Daniels Fund website between September 1st and November 15th to apply online.

The GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program, sponsored by The Ronald Reagan Foundation and GE, awards many scholarships every year to high school seniors in the United States. The GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program is open to students who demonstrate the attributes of leadership, drive, integrity, and citizenship similar to those exhibited by President Ronald Reagan. Like President Reagan, candidates use the formative experiences of their youth to lead, serve, and pursue a life of purpose and significance, both individually and for their communities. Renewable scholarships are offered for full-time study at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
