Personal Bio:
I am from Window Rock, Arizona, which is on the Navajo reservation. I grew up learning about my Navajo culture from my parents and I’m grateful for the teachings they shared with me. I received my bachelors and master’s degrees from BYU. My husband, Eugene, and I have been married since 1993. We are blessed to have two daughters; they bring us joy and happiness. I love my family, doing activities with them, traveling, dancing, hiking, and playing softball. I hope to use my life experiences to connect with students and help them in their pursuits in education, life and career.
