I was born in Guadalajara Mexico, but was raised in Los Angeles, California. My family consist of my mom and dad and two sisters. I also have two nephews and 1 niece. They mean everything to me!
I am a first generation everything, I will graduate in the Summer with my bachelors degree in Family Studies: Family Life and will be the first in my family to go to a masters program. I will be starting the Marriage and Family therapy program here in BYU in the Fall which I am so excited for.
One thing about me is I love my Family. My parents sacrifice means everything to me, without them I would not have accomplished many things in my undergrad and in life in general. Thanks to their sacrifice I am able to fulfill me dreams.
I am super adventurous I love going to the beach, late night drives, restaurants, going on walks in nature and exploring around!
BYU has provided me a chance to grow, working at MSS office has given me a place to feel heard and seen as part of the BIPOC community. Do not hesitate on asking for help the office is here to assist, care and uplift YOU!
